On any given day there is conflicting information about supplements flashing across the web.  Fish oil is good for you.  It isn’t.  Antioxidants help your body recover from the ravages of chemotherapy.  Or they may inhibit the chemo from working well.

I think we’re back to eating a wide array of natural, healthy foods and supplements be damned!  It has been forever since I ate a ripe home grown tomato; growing them in this sandy Florida soil doesn’t count!
