I just watched an interview with former Notre Dame basketball coach and ESPN analyst, Digger Phelps on the MSNBC Morning Joe program.  Coach Phelps is a prostate cancer survivor.  He was promoting the new “Go Blue” prostate cancer awareness campaign.

Coach Phelps was wearing a light blue sweater, with a darker blue “T” shirt underneath.  This is the first I had heard about using blue to represent prostate cancer, like pink is used by breast cancer activists.

Good idea–especially since men are more likely to get prostate cancer than women are breast cancer.

I will follow the story and get more info as it becomes available.  Feel good and keep smiling!  Pat
