Laughter Is Great Medicine For Cancer Patients, Don't You Think?

While I was deciding what to write about this afternoon, I came across this “headline” and just started laughing: Chicken McNuggets Contain Disturbing Additives. Posted By Dr. Mercola | July 24 2010

Really? You think? I’m still laughing. No need to link back to his site. Just a guess, but I think cancer survivors and patients should probably skip the McNuggets. That’s my sage advice for the day.

Feel good and keep smiling! Pat

I thought it was just me. First I laughed, but then I just shook my head. Oh my, such a detailed analysis of what I thought wasn't that hard to figure out. I don't know if I ever ate one of those, but then I've been vegetarian for 20+ years. I'm so glad you mentioned it – I may be sane after all.

However, having said that, I have to say I tried to rent funny movies and my goodness – they are few and far between!!! The comedies today aren't … well just aren't! I guess I'm supposed to think swear words are funny.

Thanks for validating my thoughts guys.

    Hi Hanna-
I was a fellow vegetarian until my naturopathic M.D. recommended I start eating bison and grass fed beef regularly to help keep my bone marrow strong and blood counts up. I could tell it almost killed her to say it! I'm a meat eater again. Seems to help. So does my low, low carb diet. Tough to do that and not eat meat. I agree about most movie comedies these days. If I can think of any to recommend I will get back to you–please do the same! Pat
