An article from the May, 2010 edition of AARP Magazine, lists the following five spices as being “good for your brain”: Turmeric, Saffron, Ginger, Garlic and Cinnamon.
Of course, no one seems to know how much of each spice it takes to be effective. Still, we can all use a little more “spice” in our lives, don’t you think? Maybe eating spicier food will help my maddening “chemo brain.”
