Our last several posts shared negative info about fat. But all fats aren’t bad for you, of course. Here is a list of foods I found on EverydayHealth.Com, containing healthy fats all cancer patients should be consuming regularly:

Foods with the good fats that can help boost your health include
fish and other seafood, especially salmon and other fatty fish, walnuts, pecans, and almonds. Also include flax seed oil, vegetable oils like canola, olive, soybean, corn, sunflower, and safflower Sesame.
